We had the opportunity to collaborate with the Fonds de Prévoyance de la Police Nationale (FPPN) of Côte d'Ivoire to develop an internal application dedicated to the management of their members. This project aimed to improve administrative efficiency by centralizing member information and optimizing internal management processes.
Our intervention consisted of :
- Develop a tailor-made application, perfectly integrated with the Access database management system already in place at FPPN.
- Facilitate the management of members' files with real-time registration, tracking and updating functionalities.
- Provide an intuitive interface for administrators, enabling them to easily manage member information, contributions and benefits.
- Ensure enhanced security for sensitive data using appropriate protocols, in compliance with confidentiality and personal data protection requirements.
This application now enables the FPPN to streamline the management of its members, while gaining in productivity and accuracy. Our solution integrates perfectly with their existing infrastructure, while ensuring future scalability according to the organization's needs.
