We had the opportunity to collaborate with the National Police Welfare Fund (FPPN) of Côte d'Ivoire to develop an internal application dedicated to the management of their members. This project aimed to improve administrative efficiency by centralizing members' information and optimizing internal management processes.
Our intervention consisted of:
- Develop a custom application, perfectly integrated into the Database management system under Access already in place within the FPPN.
- Facilitate the management of members' files with real-time recording, tracking and updating features.
- Offer an intuitive interface for administrators, allowing them to easily manage member information, contributions and benefits.
- Assurer une sécurité renforcée des données sensibles grâce à des protocoles adaptés, en conformité avec les exigences de confidentialité et de protection des informations personnelles.
This application now allows the FPPN to streamline the management of its members while gaining productivity and precision. Our solution integrates perfectly with their existing infrastructure, while ensuring future scalability according to the needs of the organization.
