I build my first websites
Back then, I was a student when someone close to me asked me for a website. I already knew web development and no-code, then quickly moved on to “real” code, and I was hooked. The goal: understand why one website performs better than another.

The first business is born
I registered my first sole proprietorship under the brand “Clément WDS.” It was small, it was scrappy, but it was mine. The first real clients came in: first in France, then internationally.

The duo is bornOne summer evening, two entrepreneurs team up
A long conversation with Eloi. We talked about our ideas, our ambitions, and what we wanted to build. Eloi brought his business and strategic sense, Clément the technical and product side.

The CEWeb Agency brand is born
CEWeb Agency = Clément + Eloi + Web Agency. No long-winded name, no jargon, no promises we can’t keep. Just our first names and what we do.

Freelancing alongside our studies
Three years of juggling classes, clients and working weekends. That’s where we shaped our philosophy: stay human-scale, responsive and honest with our clients.

We incorporateNew status, new direction
We went all in and incorporated our company (a French SAS). CEWeb Agency became our full-time job.

Sharpening our focus
We identified who we bring the most value to: nonprofits and small and mid-sized businesses. Because they deserve better than copy-paste websites and zero human support.

A forward-looking vision: AI and data
We’re putting AI and data at the heart of how we support our clients. Not to look good in a brochure, but to save our clients time and help them make decisions faster.
Why CEWeb Agency?
We started our agency for 3 reasons:
- Because too many businesses get burned by assembly-line agencies that don’t understand them, deliver generic websites and vanish once the invoice is paid.
