  • Bobby takes care of your site’s technical upkeep: updates, backups, security and performance monitoring. The goal: prevent problems rather than wait for something to break, and free you from day-to-day technical tasks. You focus on your business, we look after your site.

  • Our WordPress plans are priced at €14.99/month (excl. VAT) for Plankton, €19.99 for Seahorse and €39.99 for Dolphin. They come with a 1-year commitment, but you can switch plans at any time as your needs change. For specific needs, we put together a custom proposal.

  • With a diagnosis, not a blind update. We review your current setup, identify priorities and organize the recovery: securing access, backups and monitoring. Then we point you to the right plan.

  • You report the issue, and we handle it according to your plan and its support level. Bug fixes are included starting with Seahorse, and blocking incidents are handled as a priority.

  • Yes. Dolphin includes 10 content updates and 5 on-demand creations every month. For a redesign or a larger feature, we scope an additional project with Spotlight or Hand Made: maintaining your site and transforming it are two different needs.

  • Yes, with support tailored to the project. The plans shown here cover WordPress, but our Spotlight and Hand Made offers also include post-launch support for other technologies. Drupal site, Laravel application or React platform: we define the scope of maintenance, support and updates based on your technical environment.
