Campus is the management tool we custom-built for L’Eau Vive, a nonprofit that runs summer and winter camps for young people. It covers the entire camp cycle, from online registration to participant follow-up. Families sign up easily, and the organization’s team runs its camps from a single tool.

What We Did
Context
Running camps means handling a lot of information at once: registrations, participant files, groups, activities, schedules. The organization also needs to stay in touch with families before, during and after each camp. It needed to bring all of this together in a single tool, tailored to how it actually works.
Our approach
We started from the organization’s specific needs to build a custom ERP, developed with Laravel and Livewire. For families, registration happens online, step by step, in a smooth and secure flow. For the team, all data is centralized to precisely track groups, activities and schedules. Built-in communication tools create a direct link between the organization and families.
