Campus is an ERP that we have specially developed for the association l'Eau Vive, in order to simplify and optimize the management of their camps. This software allows complete management of online registrations, meeting the specific needs of the client, while offering an intuitive solution for organizing and monitoring camps.
Our work on Campus included:
- The implementation of a smooth and secure online registration system, facilitating participation in summer and winter camps.
- Centralized management of participant data, allowing accurate and efficient tracking of groups, activities and schedules.
- Integrated communication tools to ensure direct liaison between the association and families before, during and after stays.
Campus is now linked to our new ERP suite: Fleximate, a modular and flexible solution that adapts to the varied needs of event management, associations and other organizations. Thanks to this connection, the Eau Vive now benefits from an even more optimized and scalable management.
