Y Croire & Agir

Y Croire & Agir supports people who are far from employment in rural and peri-urban areas, in partnership with local employment and inclusion organizations. Backed by corporate foundations, public bodies and figures such as Pierre Gattaz, former president of MEDEF (France’s largest business federation), the nonprofit works for inclusion and access to employment. We built its new website to reflect this commitment and rally support for its cause.

What We Did

Context

The site serves audiences with very different expectations. Job seekers come to find support programs. Companies, institutions and public bodies need to be able to get involved in projects. Donors want to understand what the nonprofit does. The site had to speak to each of them, reflect values of inclusion and solidarity, and give visibility to on-the-ground initiatives. The team also needed to be able to keep it up to date on their own.

Our approach

We created a modern, engaging design, true to the nonprofit’s values, with navigation designed for each audience. For beneficiaries, dedicated sections present the support programs, backed by real-life testimonials. For partners, detailed pages present projects, on-the-ground initiatives and partnerships, and contact tools make it easy for them to get involved. The site was built on WordPress, and we trained the team so they can update content easily.
